The hotel was a nice place to stay with a comfortable atmosphere and enjoyable beach area. Rooms were spacious, with great views and clean premises. Some staff lacked effort in providing information and cleanliness could be improved for the dishes.

The staff here was top-notch! Gerardo hooked us up with a killer room with ocean views, Alejandra and the restaurant crew made my Valentines' Day unforgettable. The pools were spot on, and the beachfront location was primo? Minor hiccup - housekeeping could be a tad more thorough, no biggie, though!

The rooms with larger balconies had an amazing view! Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. The leisure facilities were even better than the photos!

The check, in process was slow and inefficient, causing a delay in getting settled into our room. the Wi, Fi connection in the room was unreliable and frequently disconnected.

The beach was just a few steps away from my room and it was amazing - crystal clear water and white sand! I even saw some colorful fish while snorkeling. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the portions were huge. I also enjoyed the live music during dinner. I had a great time at Fiesta Americana.
